Hello everyone!

 

The cultural festival was so fun! We have similar events in Australia, but they are a bit different from the ones in Japan, because we don’t have many school clubs. Sometimes we have art and music festivals at school.

There were lots of fun activities at the cultural festival, and the food was delicious! I wore a yukata and participated in the tea ceremony club’s activities. I also tried doing ikebana. Since I arrived here, I have been joining in with the tea ceremony club. It’s always fun!

今年の文化祭はとても楽しかったですね！オーストラリアには比較できるイベントがありますが、部活はほとんどないですから、ちょっと違います。ときどき学校で芸術や音楽のフェスティバルを開催することがあります。

文化祭ではたくさんの面白い活動があって、食べ物もおいしかったです！私は浴衣を着て茶道部の活動に参加しました。生け花もしてみました。

ここに来てからずっと茶道部の部活動に参加していました。いつも楽しいです！
