Hi everyone!

After the cultural festival I went to Kyoto to see the autumn leaves. The weather was fine, but unfortunately a lot of the trees still had green leaves. The best colours were at Eikando temple and Tofukuji in Eastern Kyoto. It was incredible! I have always wanted to see the autumn colours in Japan, so I was very happy. We have yellow and orange autumn leaves in Australia too, but the red Japanese maple trees are very beautiful here. While I was driving home, I saw some amazing autumn leaves on Sunny Road as well!

文化祭の週末は京都に紅葉を見に行きました！天気はよかったですが、多くの木はまだ青葉を持っていました。最もきれい紅葉は京都の永観堂と東福寺にありました。本当にすごかったです！日本の紅葉がずっと見たかったので、とてもうれしかったです。黄色とオレンジ色の葉はオーストラリアでも見えますけど、日本の赤いカエデがとても美しいです。帰るときも、サニーロードですてきな紅葉を見ました！
