◆ALT 自己紹介　　

　【　Jennifer　Languay（ジェニファー　ラングウェイ）さん　】

　My name is Jennifer Languay and I am from Toronto, Canada. Before arriving at Kawagoe High School I had never been to Japan. In university I was introduced to Japan’s history and culture in my courses and they left me eager to know more.

　When I signed up to be an ALT I hoped it would allow me to explore my passion for teaching and Japan, but my experience has been so much more than that. My time here has been filled with adventure, fun and many new friends. Each day I feel like I discover something new and interesting. I look forward to spending the rest of my time here exploring and learning..

　I feel incredibly lucky to work at Kawagoe High School because of its hard working teaching staff and students. Each day that I come to school and another student says ‘Hello’ I feel like I have the greatest job in the world. I look forward to getting to know everyone during this next year.

　My name is Matthew Fitzgibbons, one of the new ALT's at Kawagoe. I am from Colorado in the United States. A few years ago, I was offered a chance to come to Japan on a business trip; before that first trip was over, I knew I was going to come back to teach English, and here I am.

　I'm very proud to be at Kawagoe. All the students work hard at everything they do, whether it's English class or one of the many clubs. I look forward both to teaching and learning from them this year. I hope all my students get an opportunity to travel and experience another culture.
